Without any prior warning, Cloudflare blocked the main page of my website. No clear explanation, no response to emails or support requests.
Their job is supposed to be technical service and infrastructure, not interfering with website content. The content is solely the responsibility of the owner, not the service provider.
However, Cloudflare arbitrarily, without transparent grounds, causes serious harm to businesses with such blockages.
As a result of their actions, I have suffered significant financial and reputational damages.
Moreover, they completely ignore customer inquiries, making it clear that the company does not care about its users.
I am now forced to move all my websites to another provider, and I strongly advise all business owners to think twice before entrusting their infrastructure to Cloudflare.
Unexplained blocking and lack of customer support — this is the real level of their service today.
